WAX PATTERN SHOP 

Centrally air conditioned well equipped wax pattern shop, with fully automatic wax injection presses.

SHEEL ROOM 

Centrally air conditioned and humidity control shell room with modern equipment for building strong shell using colloidal silica and ethylsilidate slurry systems, and highly reliable boiler claves for de-waxing.

MELTING SHOP 

High frequency melting furnaces with dual track of 150 kg & 200 kg capacity "ELECTROTHERM" make.

FETTLING SHOP 

Pencil hand grinders to heavy swing frame grinders with facilities for abrasive cutting tig welding, ceramics blasting and shot blasting, straightening with hydraulic press etc.

HEAT TREATMENT 

Our sister concern heat treatment shop located in RAJKOT with facility of gas carburizing , normalizing, annealing, stress relieving, case hardening, oil quenching, water quenching tempering etc

TOOL ROOM 

Our approved tool room at RAJKOT with facilities including vertical milling machine, CNC turning center, spark erosion machine and necessary machinery for making precision dies and tooling with multiple cavities.

CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL TESTING LABORATORY 

universal tensile testing machine, impact testing machine, and machine to measure Brinnell, Rockwell and Vickers hardness. We have procure spectrometer from Germany.
